One mistake concealed carriers make
One common mistake that we have noticed many concealed carriers make is not carrying their firearm with a round in the chamber. While we understand the reasoning behind this, it can lead to significant delays when faced with an emergency situation.
Carrying a firearm with an empty chamber means that when faced with a threat, you have to rack the slide to chamber a round, which can take precious seconds and require two hands, which is not always practical in a high-stress situation. Therefore, we highly recommend that you carry your firearm with a round in the chamber, provided that you have a proper holster that covers the trigger guard. Let me ask you one question:
DO YOU HAVE TIME TO FASTEN YOUR SEATBELT WHILE FRACTIONS OF A SECOND FROM IMPACT?

More than likely we’ll point you in the correct direction if we can’t find something that works for you… Most of our staff use Tier1 Concealment or Stealthgear USA.
